Creative Director
Deborah Leong is a global creative director with an editorial foundation shaped by work across Vogue, Elle, GQ, Esquire, and Marie Claire—bringing a distinctly fashion-led perspective to modern brand building.

She is currently VP Creative Director at Bare Necessities, where she leads all creative, defining a refined and directional point of view for intimate apparel. Her experience spans Bloomingdale’s, Revlon, Avon, Stila, and FullBeauty Brands, where she has built high-impact campaigns and cohesive brand systems across fashion and beauty.

Her work includes launching Naturally Serious Skincare, one of the first clean beauty brands at Sephora, and leading the global launch of Olaplex No.9. She has also shaped creative for a range of skincare and haircare brands, including Olay Super Serum, Karisma Skincare, Hair Biology, and launching Hair Lab by Strands at Walmart—bringing a consistent focus on innovation, storytelling, and consumer connection.

Her work sits at the intersection of fashion, commerce, and technology—integrating AI-driven image generation, motion, and video into modern creative workflows and scalable content ecosystems. Known for elevating visual storytelling while driving performance, Deborah continues to shape a more elevated, intelligent approach to how brands create and communicate today.
